设计说明 首先复习上节课学习的对学校地点的介绍,并通过猜谜游戏,以学校地点为内容,呈现句型:What is it? Is it a/an...?等。接着,利用图片或实物呈现表示教室内物品的单词(包括生词eraser,first,wall),要求学生练习这些单词后完成Let’s Do It!中No. 3和No.1。然后,通过听录音猜谜的游戏进入对课文的学习,并通过跟读、自读和填空的形式加强对课文的理解。最后,要求学生以课文为范例、两人一组自行设计猜谜游戏,强化对表示教室内物品的单词的记忆。 教学目标 通过本课节的教学,学生达成以下目标: 1. 知识目标 掌握单词:eraser, guess, first, wall 短语和句型:guessing game —What is it? —It’s a/an… —Is it a/an…? —Yes, it is./ No, it isn’t. 2. 能力目标 (1)学会教室里物品的英语表达; (2)能用英语就教室里的物品进行问答或确认。 3. 情感目标 熟悉教室里的物品,爱护教学用品。 重点难点 1.重点:学会教室里物品的英语表达。 2.难点:能用英语就教室里的物品进行问答或确认。 教学准备 PPT 课件;课文及听力练习的录音;教室里物品的实物或图片。 授课时数 1课时 教学过程 Step 1 Warming up Review introducing the places classroom, office, playground, library and lab. Show pictures of the places to the class and get them to introduce the places like this: This/That is a/an/the… We…here/there. 1. Play a guessing game. Teacher describes school places, first partly, then completely. Get the students to guess what it is. e.g. T: It’s a room. You can see a blackboard. What is it? Can you guess? S: Is it a classroom? T: No, it isn’t. We have our science classes in it. S: Is it a lab? T: Yes, it is./ Yes, you’re right. Give three examples. 2. Get the class to play the guessing game in pairs using the school places to practice the conversation: A: ...(description). What is it? Can you guess? B: Is it a/an...? A: Yes, it is./ No, it isn’t. ...(more description) B: Is it a/an...? A: Yes, it is./ Yes, you’re right. Step 2 Presentation 1. Present some classroom objects using pictures and learn the new words first, eraser and wall. 2. Get the class to read and try to remember the words. Answers: No. 1: a pencil No. 2: a blackboard Step 6 Listening, reading and filling 1. Get the class to read the passage following the recording. 2. Read the passage in pairs first, then by themselves. 3. Fill in the blanks. (1)A pencil is_________ and ________. You can _______ with it. (2)A blackboard is _______ and _______. It is on the ________. Answers: (1)long, thin; write (2) big, black; wall Step 7 Play the Guessing Game. Make your own vocabulary cards. Draw and write the names of classroom objects on cards. Then use your cards to play the Guessing Game.

Ask your partner to close his or her eyes. Then take one object away. Can your partner guess what’s missing?
