设计说明 首先通过复习本单元的几个中心人物——来自阳光中学的几名学生,引出Daniel这个人物,继而展开对他的进一步的了解,也就是本板块的主要内容。先让学生听课文的材料,回答一些基本的问题。然后学生自由朗读课文,进一步熟悉课文,从而对Daniel这个人物形成系统而详细的认识,最后了解文章的大致结构,学会列写作提纲,架构文章。 教学目标 通过本单元的教学,让学生达成以下目标: 1.知识目标: 掌握词汇:everyone, come from, glasses。 2.能力目标: (1)学会列写作提纲。 (2)合理架构文章,向别人介绍自己。 3.情感目标: 帮助学生成为更好的自己。 重点难点 重点:学会列写作提纲 难点:合理架构文章,向别人介绍自己 教学准备 PPT 课件;相关图片 授课时数 1课时 教学过程 Step 1 Warming up Look at the pictures of students at Sunshine Middle School and say something about them. Step 2 Pre-reading 1. Ask students to listen and answer the following questions about Daniel. 1) Where does Daniel live now? 2) Does he wear glasses? 3) Does he love his lessons? 4) What subject is he good at? Answers: 1)He lives in Beijing. 2)Yes, he does. 3)Yes, he loves all his lessons. 4)He is good at Maths. 2. Read Part A on page 16 and complete a profile about Daniel. Name:Daniel Age: 12 Birthplace(出生地): Nanjing Living place(居住地): Beijing School name: Sunshine Middle School He looks: not tall, short hair, wear glasses He likes: all his lessons He is good at: Maths Step 3 Summary 1. Try to classify the information and let students know the structure of the passage. Para.1 □ Para.2 □ Para.3 □ Para.4 □ A. Friends. B. Hobbies and likes. C. Write a short passage about themselves, according to the structure and useful expressions. Step 5 Explanation Explain some language points. 1. Hello,everyone!大家好! everyone不定代词,意为“每人, 人人”,等于everybody, 不指具体哪个人, 而是强调整体。作主语时, 谓语动词用单数。 Everyone in my class wants to learn English well. 我班上的每个人都想学好英语。 2. …but now I live with my family in Beijing.……但现在我和家人住在北京。 live with sb. 意为“和某人住在一起”。 3. …and I wear glasses. ……我戴着眼镜。 wear 动词,意为“穿,戴,佩戴”,后常接表示服饰,衣服配件和首饰等的名词或代词。 She has long hair and wears a pair of glasses. 她留着长发并戴着一副眼镜。 He wears a blue T-shirt. 他穿一件蓝T恤。 4. I like all the lessons at Sunshine Middle school… 我喜欢阳光中学所有的课程…… all one’s lessons某人的所有功课 Step 6 Homework Modify your article and make an English poster. 当堂达标 Now please write an article about yourself on the paper. ·Try to use your own words. ·You can use some useful expressions in Part A. ·You can learn from Daniel’s article.
