设计说明

首先师生就购物的相关话题进行自由交流，接着呈现各种各样的商店，用相应的图片进行操练。其次设置圣诞节的情景，呈现课本关于圣诞节购物的对话，对对话内容进行提问，对其中的语言点进行讲解，然后对对话进行练习。呈现Eddie 和Hobo的对话。最后对购物方式进行比较，讨论购物方式的优势和劣势，进行知识的输出和情感的教育。

教学目标

通过本课节的教学，让学生达成以下目标：

1.知识目标

掌握词汇和表达：shopping, mall, down, well, hate, money, wallet, carry, bookshop, gift, CD, sure, maybe, be interested in, stamp, collect, you’re welcome。

2.能力目标

Step 4 Language points

1. I want to buy Simon a present.我想给西蒙买个礼物。

buy sb. sth.意为“给某人买某物”，相当于buy sth. for sb.。

My brother buys me a new book.我哥哥给我买了一本新书。

John wants to buy a bag for his friend.约翰想给他的朋友买个包。

2. Maybe he’s not interested in music.或许他对音乐不感兴趣。

be interested in …意为“对……感兴趣”。

My sister is interested in stories.我妹妹对故事感兴趣。

3. You’re welcome.不客气。

You’re welcome.意为“不客气”。为交际用语，用于礼貌地回答别人的感谢。

Step 5 Comic strip

1. Present Eddie and Hobo’s dialogue and answer the questions.

1. I hate it.我讨厌它。

hate动词，意为“讨厌，恨”。

(1) hate sb./sth.讨厌某人/物

I hate the man in the story.我讨厌故事中的那个人。

(2) hate doing sth.讨厌做某事（指性格喜好）

I hate swimming.我讨厌游泳。

(3) hate to do sth.讨厌做某事（指某件具体的事）

Lucy hates to go shopping at night.露西讨厌晚上去购物。

(4) hate sb. to do sth.讨厌某人做某事

My mother hates me to get up late.我妈妈讨厌我起床晚。

2. I need you to carry all the bags.我需要你提所有的包。

carry动词，意为“拿，提，搬”，没有方向性。

Can you carry the box for me? 你能帮我搬这个盒子吗？

Step 7 Discussion

We can go shopping in different shops in the street. We can also shop on the Internet. Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of them.

1. Shopping on the Internet

Advantages:

  all kinds of things

  be open for 24 hours

  cheap /convenient (方便的)

  save time /energy

Disadvantages:

  can’t try on clothes

  can’t see the real goods

  fake (假的)

2. Shopping in the street

Advantages:

be relaxed

 have fun shopping

 try on clothes

be tired
