Module 3　Diet and healthUnit 9 International Food Festival (Stage 2)Reading: Different foods for the festival设计说明让学生结合上节课所学，通过习题回顾上节课所学知识点。另外，通过给出各国特色食物的图片，教学生这些食物的说法及国籍相关表达，让学生使用句型like…best。由此导入新课，为后面的学习做准备。通过听课文、朗读、跟读，让学生熟悉课文内容，了解大意。通过让学生回答问题，让他们能够抓住主要句型的具体应用场景。通过食物图片让学生练习表示国籍的单词。让学生针对食品节进行小组讨论，进行调查，根据所给的句式结构，进行问答，并记录调查结果。通过这些活动的设置，让学生掌握对话内容并培养他们乐于表现的积极性。最后，设置适量当堂检测的题目，检测学生对所学知识的实际掌握情况。教学目标通过本课节的教学，让学生达成以下目标：1.知识目标掌握本课节新词汇：pie, raisin，scone，Thai；能够正确运用like…best，be going to…；进一步掌握特殊疑问句的提问和回答。2.能力目标通过针对性的问答训练，学会敢于表达，并锻炼独立思考的能力。3.情感目标了解中西方不同的饮食文化，拓展视野。重点难点重点：能够正确运用like…best，be going to…句式。难点：让学生克服开口讲英语方面的畏惧心理，敢于表达。教学准备PPT课件；活动Look and read的录音；有关各种食物的图片。授课时数1课时教学过程Step 1 Revision1.
