T says: What would you like for …? After showing some pictures. T asks: How to make a sandwich? How to make a turkey? Review the process of food-making.T plays a video to show Yunnan Rice Noodles.T asks: What ingredients and tools do we need? Then makes some Ss tell their answers. 回顾三明治、火鸡等食物的制作过程。 观看视频，想一想，云南米线的材料和工具？ 利用视频和趣味问答，回顾所学未来生活话题。为后面书写活动做铺垫。    Step 2Pre-writing Go through 3a, T asks Ss to read the article about Yunnan Rice Noodles. Ss try to fill in the blanks with the words in the box. T helps check the answer.Point Analysis. T leads Ss to think about the structure of the article: introduction, ingredients, steps Point Analysis. T lists the structure of article:Beginning (brief introduction), Body (ingredients, steps), Ending (conclusion). Imperative sentences,Connection words. Go through 3b, T asks: What’s your favorite food in your hometown?  Then lets Ss make a list of ingredients. T may give an example and write the items on the board.Ss try to think about the ingredients of the food and try to write them down. 学生查看3a短文填空任务单，在老师的策略指引下，完成3a并检查答案。 在老师指引下，对3a内容进行结构分析（开端，中间，结论）。 记下笔记。     尽可能多的列出制作喜爱的食物所需的材料及步骤，选中的学生大声作答。    通过短文填空，从中发现有关食物制作的书写策略。    通过分析制作云南米线的文章：Body (ingredients, steps), Ending (conclusion). 做到框架上一目了然，注意连接词的使用及祈使句的运用。   为下一步写作做词汇和句型准备。Step 3While- writing Go through 3c. T shows an example and analysis the structure of the passage. T reminds that Ss use the notes in 3a and 3b, Ss try to write a recipe for their favorite food. T may give any help if necessary.学生仿照老师所给例文，根据3a,3b的关键词句，完成3c写作任务。学生在书写的过程中，注重词汇选用，时态运用，单词拼写等。 Step 4Post- writing Peer-editing: T lets Ss exchange articles, evaluate it and then help each other correct them. T reminds Ss that they can follow the key tips on board.T lets some Ss read their passage to the class.Group work. T lets Ss think about: Do you know what “crazy recipe” is? Then draw your answers. T asks Ss to complete the tasks in Self Check and work on their own. Now, it’s time to enjoy the rice noodles! 教学反思：听、说、读、写四种能力是初中英语教学的重点和难点，而写作能力的培养是重点中的难点。在本课教学中，实抓学生的写作大体技术。主要包括能正确判断体裁，准确使用时态，正确运用语法知识点，拼写无误，能在文章中表达自己的观点和态度等。多跟着老师进行模仿性练习，放宽要求，降低难度，以保证学生有一定的兴趣，循序渐进的提高学生的写作能力。
