专题限时集训(六) 推理判断之文章出处、读者对象或预测后文AAnyone can book a trip, but not everyone can plan the best adventure that's affordable and fun. Here are tips that we'd like to share with you about hotels.Check Distances on a MapIt's not uncommon for hotels to slightly exaggerate(夸大)their closeness to attractions around town.If being close to a particular airport is important for your trip, confirm distances on Google Maps before you book a hotel.Be Polite to the StaffA little niceness goes a long way, especially with hotel staff that has to deal with difficult guests on a regular basis. When you check in,simply say hello to the cleaning staff when you pass them in the hall. This is not only common politeness, but it also increases your chances of getting perks(额外待遇)during your stay.Skip the Package DealsTo appeal to new guests, some hotels will offer themed package deals(主题套餐)that sound exciting but may not be worth it.Sometimes these packages include things you don't want or need and the special rate could be higher than the regular rate.Ask about ParkingEspecially when you stay in large cities, parking costs really add up.Look for hotels offering parking rates. If parking is expensive, apps like Best Parking can help you find nearby parking lots at cheaper rates if you don't mind walking a bit.We hope that you can find the tips on this page. Please visit us again to keep getting the best deals and travel tips.【语篇解读】 本文是一篇应用文,旨在为旅游者提供一些入住旅馆的小建议。1.Before booking a hotel, tourists are advised to         .A.check reviews of the hotel on the InternetB.confirm whether they have empty “pop, pop, pop” of gunfire,no screams.Just quite a lot of cars abandoned by those, like Kassidy Owen, who escaped with their lives.“It's strange to hear the silence ,” Owen said,“because all I remember was the noise.”The 22-year-old was one of dozens of concertgoers who returned to the scene of the Route 91 Harvest Festival on Wednesday morning to fetch the vehicles they left behind as they fled from a gunman raining down bullets from high above in the tower of the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino across the street.Survivors of the deadly mass shooting in Las Vegas on Sunday needed their cars to move on with their lives — to get back to work,to school or home.It was the first time they were returning to a scene that would forever change them, when joy and celebration and music turned into killing and horror. Before they could move forward, they had to go back to the place where they thought they were going to die.Owen had run to her car to hide and had tried to drive away, but she couldn't.People were running, bodies dropped to the ground, and cars bottlenecked in the parking lot.During a brief pause after more than 10 minutes of gunfire, she worried the lights of her SUV made everyone inside a shining target.“They're shooting again!” her best friend's brother screamed.“Turn off the car!”That's when she got out and fled.“I just remember shutting the door and running,” Owen said. Now,nearly three days later, she was back, sitting in the driver's seat of her SUV.Her eyes were swollen and red. This was a long way from over.“You just keep hearing the gunshots in your head,” Owen said.【语篇解读】 本文是一篇记叙文,讲述了拉斯维加斯枪击案中一名幸存者Owen遭遇整个事情的经过。她和朋友在拉斯维加斯经历了枪击案,慌乱的人群迫使她下车逃跑,终于躲过一劫。三天后,她回到那里取车,坐在车上,她满脑子都是枪击声,她的眼睛红了……4.Why did Kassidy Owen return to the scene of terror?A.To get back her caused by excessive (过度的)eye fatigue (疲劳)during the winter vacation, during which he played computer games for continuous 10 days and nights. Many youngsters in China nowadays are increasingly addicted to computer games and other electronic products. This is followed by a series of health problems, with the most typical case being myopia,or nearsightedness.According to the latest research report released by the World Health Organization (WHO),the myopia rate among Chinese teenagers ranks first in the world — 70 percent of high school and college students. The rate is nearly 40 percent in primary school students, while it is only 10 percent for their peers in the United States. There are at least 10 million people in China with severe myopia, and they are likely to get pathological (病理学的)myopia in middle age.Pathological myopia can't be treated with glasses or surgery, and it is one of the biggest factors that lead to blindness,Xu Xun,director of the ophthalmology (眼科学)department at Shanghai General Hospital, pointed out.Experts explain that two major factors lead to the high rate of myopia among Chinese people. One is high academic pressure, and the other one is excessive use of electronic devices over a long period of time.Genetics,on the other hand,is not the main reason,as only 20 percent of Chinese people had myopia in the 1960s.“Teenagers are now faced with severe academic pressure, which means they often study without natural light. This increases their risk of becoming nearsighted,” Xu said.Experts suggest that youngsters maintain a proper balance between study and rest so as to protect their eyesight, and parents should play an active role in the process.【语篇解读】 本文是一篇说明文,主要介绍了目前中国青少年近视的现状以及引起青少年近视的主要原因,最后提出预防近视的建议。8.Why does the author mention Feifei's
