一、结尾句式
可反复使用的结尾句式
1、对比强调：
It is not...that counts/matters. It’s....that makes all the difference.
2、倒装句，引出结尾句：
①Never had Dora received such a gift. Speechless, she...
② Distant though the memory of us ..., the joy and ...never fade away.
3、what 主语从句表强调：
What truly matters/counts is...
4、呼应首段 (回忆体)：
When looking back on the experience, sb still feel...
5、悟道理：

6、写景：
Feeling+the adj.+wind/air/sunlight+固定动词ing, sb do sth

1、对比强调：
句式① ：句首V-ing，并列结构；下句点明前者(the former)/后者(the latter)更重要
【想与popular guy交朋友却被拒绝】Making friends is not about getting in with the popular group. Actually, what really / truly matters/counts is finding the one who genuinely care about you.
句式②: It is not...that count/matter/make a significant difference. It’s....
“In the end, it's not the years in your life that count. It's the life in your years.”
句式③: Don’t/Never do sth... but do sth...
Don't judge each day by the harvest you reap but by the seeds that you plant. (收获/播种)

句式④: 强调句：It is+名词+that+谓语(宾语)

2、倒装句，引出结尾句：
倒装句，否定前置：Never had sb done sth+ (下句) 人物动作定格
->最终结尾句：“并列形容词，sb do sth, 独立主格(感官神态)”
①Never had Dora received such a gift. Speechless and happy, she held her son tightly into her arms, her eyes brimming with tears of joy.
②Never had we fallen into such a dangerous dilemma. Delighted and relieved, we held each other tightly in arms, with tears of ecstacy welling up in our eyes.
③ Seemingly trivial as his gesture looked， it made a huge difference to me and transformed my life.
3、what主语从句表强调：
What matters/counts most is..., (instead of...)
①What it takes to conquer your fear are actions, determination and optimism.
② What I have harvested is not only the precious friendship, but also the virture of being honest.
4、呼应首段 (回忆体)：
句式1：① “Adv., the+adj.+无灵主语 still lingered (be engraved) in one’s mind.” (印在) (注意：adv/adj.呼应首段，与主旨情感一致)
Interestingly, the funny story was still deeply engraved in my mind.
The funny story taught us that never should we judge a book by its cover.
The narrow escape made Mac realize how treasurable life was.
The special experience enlightened him that... 这段经历让他明白...
句式②：When looking back on the story, sb still feel...
Sb would still feel a strong sense of ... whenever sb looked back on the...experience.
句式③：“Following that, it gradually dawned upon sb that...”

5、悟道理：
句式①： “From then on, +非谓语表目的/单独的倒装句”
From then on, sb always do sth, hoping to...
From then on, sb always do sth. Only in that way, could sb do sth.
句式②： “From this, sb learned what true+主旨名词 was: 道理句子”
From this, Robert learned what true courage was: never be afraid to do good, but always fear to do evil. (从这件事中，罗伯特懂得了什么是真正的勇气：永远不要害怕做好事，而要害怕做坏事)
句式③：“强调句, which was deeply engraved in one’s mind” (深深地刻在脑海中”)
或：“It is sth that..., which sb felt deep in sb’s heart”
It is love and care that make the world go around, which was deeply engraved in my mind.
延伸至其他主题：
It was procrastination that made my paper a failure, which reminded me to set priorities.
6、写景(寓情于景)：
① 人为环境：(优先与原文故事有关联)
Their laughter lingered around the house.
Their laughter echoed through the house. / The house echoed with laughter and glee.
② 自然环境+人: (优先顺承写原文已有景物)
sb do sth, with+wind/air/sunlight+固定动词ing+身体部位+副词修饰
sb do sth, with the wind blowing sb’s hair and whipping sb’s face.
sb do sth, with the light air whispering in sb’s ears.
sb do sth, with the sun/sunlight/wind greeting sb gently and warmly.
As sb do sth, the wind/air/sunlight+固定动词+身体部位+副词修饰, 固定动词2-ing
As I run, the wind whips my face, blowing my hair back.

二、主题升华句
1、真善美 - 助人为乐
Roses given, fragrance in hand. (赠人玫瑰，手留余香)
You reap what you sow. (种瓜得瓜；善有善报)
Sow the wind and reap the whirlwind.
Small kindness can bring rich reward. (小小的善意可以带来丰厚的回报)
Small act can bring/contribute to/give rise to a big difference.
A small act/gesture of kindness will perhaps melt/cure one’s loneliness.
"The smallest act of kindness is worth more than the grandest intention." (王尔德)
Never underestimate the power/value of our actions (to lift people up).
No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.
The miracle is this: the more we share the more we have.
2、真善美 - 积极向上
When life gives you lemons, make lemonade.
To change the worst situation into best, one should take actions.

Adversity/Setbacks in life is either a blessing in disguise or a fruitful lesson.
Your current situation is not your final destination.
Be patient, trust the timing and enjoy the journey.
It is better to light a candle than to curse the darkness.
Life without dreams is like a bird with a broken wing.
3、真善美 - 个人成长
Where there is a will, there is a way. (有志者事竟成)
It’s never too late to learn. Every individual is supposed to accept more challenges and make more attempts.
Actually, each individual possesses talent. Be brave, rise to setbacks/obstacles, and make efforts. You will end up creating miracles. (直面困难/努力/终将制造奇迹)
Seize the day, and chase your dreams. As long as you grasp every opprtunity and take full advantage of it, you will stand a chance to realize your dreams.
The journey to success is not smooth. It is full of challenges and difficulties.
If you get disheartened or discouraged by these hurdles, you can not attain success.
4、亲情主题
Family and friends are hidden treasures.
Family, a wonderful shelter and a 24-hour harbor, is always there for us.
Family love is the greatest gift in life.
Family is to us what harbor is to ships. (家庭之于我们就像港口之于船只)

Families are the compass that guides us.
Family: where life begins and love never ends.
5、遇险类
What a narrow escape! It turned out that there is always a way out of any difficult situations as long as we stay calm.
Never had I fallen into such a dangerous situation. The experience was deeply engraved in my mind and reminded me to respect the nature.
Even you are suffering from the darkest moment, you should focus to seek the light.
Only then did I realize that actions can cure fear and bravery can conquer difficulties.
Never should we give up our hope whatever setbacks we are faced with.
