Last year, the tables inside Kang Lee’s sushi（寿司）restaurant Sushiya in Texas, USA were mostly empty because of COVID-19. Kang came to the USA from South Korea in the 1960s, and he has owned and worked at the restaurant for 18 years. People do not often think about the women’s national team when it comes to Chinese football. That was until the ladies completed an amazing second-half comeback in the final of the 2022 AFC Women’s Asian Cup on February 6.
