       Module 5 阅读拓展课  第六课时        I will choose to visit China           一、教学内容分析Module 5 的话题是travel abroad，本课是本模块的第六课时, 阅读拓展课，本课文本内容：I will choose to visit china,选自广州市教育研究院赵淑红老师主编的《拓展读与写》二级水平的一篇文章，本文虽然篇幅有点长，但是没有什么新单词，句子简单，文章从概况、天气、自然景观、美食和人五个方面介绍中国，脉络清晰、结构明了，学生比较容易理解文章内容。所以本课在文本输入的基础上，增加了拓展说，说说我去过的美丽地方；增加了写，写写美丽的增城，从而发展了学生听、说、读、写的综合语言运用能力。二、    学生情况分析玩乐是儿童的天性，通过四年多的学习，六年级的学生有一定的口头和笔头表达的基础，对文本有一定的分析和理解能力，本单元的内容较贴近学生的生活，是学生所喜乐见闻的。通过本节课的学习，学生除了发展了学生听、说、读、写的综合语言运用能力，还能培养学生的主观能动性，与人交往的能力能得到一定的提高。三、    分课时目标（一）语用任务：1.在文本输入的基础上，能说说自己去过的中国的一个地方。2.能模仿文本内容，写一封介绍增城的信，要求内容完整、没有拼写和语法错误。（二）语言学习目标1.通过读一篇介绍中国的文章，提高学生阅读理解能力，培养学生的爱国情操。2.提高学生口语和写作能力。（三）情感态度目标    1. 师生共创情景，运用所学的语言知识与学生生活相结合，养成大胆开口说英语的良好习惯。2. 通过参与小组活动，培养合作意识。3.培养学生爱国、爱家乡的情感。（四）学习策略阅读策略指导及写作指导。四、    教学重点与难点理解文本材料的内容。写一封介绍增城的英文信。五、    教学内容（一）     教学文本：选自广州市教育研究院赵淑红老师主编的《拓展读与写》二级水平的一篇文章（二）     视频：《Welcome to Zengcheng》。六、教学过程 五、教学过程 （一）Warming up Play a guessing game: It is a big country.
