一、形容词比较级的方法：（1）一般在词尾加–er。（2）重读闭音节词只有一个辅音字母结尾的，双写这个辅音字母，再加–er。如：htter（3）以辅音字母加y结尾的，变y为i,加–er。如：funnier, happier, angrier
不规则变化如：gd/well – better, bad/ill – wrse, many/much – mre, far – farther/further, ld – lder/elder…
其结构形式为: A +谓语（系动词）+ 形容词比较级+ than + B. 如: She is taller than me.
二、英语形容词比较级
如: My arms are lnger than yurs.
（A 和B一般是对称的。）

1、一般过去时态：通常表示过去发生的动作或存在的状况。常与过去时间 yesterday, this mrning, last night / year / week连用。

动词词尾加ed的四种形式
不规则动词的过去式： 
(1) 过去式与动词原形的拼写形式相同：let→let,  read→read,(注意read的过去式读[red]) 
(2) i→a: drink→drank, give→gave,sing→sang, sit→sat, swim→swam 
(3) i→: drive→drve, ride→rde, write→wrte 
(4) w→ew: grw→grew, knw→knew, thrw → threw
(5) 含ugh或augh的:buy→bught, think→thught, teach→taught
(6)am,is→was ,are→were, can→culd,d→did

问句句型为：Was/Were+主语+其他？用于询问某人/某物过去是否……
答句句型为：Yes, 主语+ was/were. / N, 主语+wasn’t/ weren’t.
—Was Mike happy yesterday? 迈克昨天高兴吗？—N, he wasn’t. 不，他不高兴。
含有be动词的一般过去时的肯定句变为一般疑问句肯定句：She was busy last weekend.     上个周末她很忙。一般疑问句：Was she busy last weekend?        上个周末她很忙吗？
— Did yu like it?你喜欢它吗？  —Yes, I did. 是的，我喜欢。
含有实义动词的一般过去时的一般疑问句问句句型结构为：Did+主语+动词原形+其他？用于询问某人过去是否做了某事。
答句句型结构为：Yes, 主语+did. / N, 主语+did nt/ didn’t.
—Did yu g t a park yesterday? 你昨天去公园了吗？—Yes, I did. 是的，我去了。
在含有实义动词一般过去时的一般疑问句中，无论句中的主语是第几人称，都用did来引导。
含有实义动词的一般过去时的肯定句变为一般疑问句肯定句：I played ftball last weekend. 上周末我踢了足球。一般疑问句：Did yu play ftball last weekend?      上周末你踢足球了吗？

⑴ be→was / were肯：S.+ was∕were+…否：S.+ wasn’t / weren’t +…一般疑问句：Was ∕ Were + S. +…? Yes, S.+ was ∕ were. N, S.+ wasn’t ∕ weren’t.
⑵ V. →V-ed肯：S. + V-ed+…否：S. + did nt (didn’t )+ V原+…一般疑问句：Did + S. + V原+…? Yes, S.+ did. N, S.+ didn’t.
