Three Chinese astronauts Chen Dong, Liu Yang and Cai Xuzhe on board the Shenzhou-14 manned spaceship went to the space station on June 5, 2022. In China most children often get plenty of homework, because it is believed that the more homework children do, the better they will perform in study. But one primary school in northeast China has done just the opposite for the past 37 years.

Doing creative homework makes us more interested in English. Once our teacher asked us to write a letter to a foreigner. We were told to introduce the Spring Festival in the letter. It not only helped me improve my writing skills but also provided a good chance to spread traditional Chinese culture. I like the homework that is creative like making a poster in English or drawing a mind map .I don’t like the homework which is too difficult to finish. I hope we’ll have more creative English homework in the future.
