指示代词(it和this)it 用作引导词等。
常用的介词有in,at,n,befre,during 等,通常考查固定搭配。
常用的连词有and,r,but,s,fr,while 等,常用的关联短语bth……and,either……r,neither……nr,nt nly……but als 等。
冠词只能是在a,an,the之间判断。
例1.(2023全国乙卷)Having visited several times ver the last 10 years, I (amaze) by the c-existence f ld and new, and hw a city was able t keep such a rich heritage (遗产) while cnstantly grwing.
答案:was amazed。
这里为本句谓语动词,根据下文“hw a city was able t keep such a rich heritage (遗产) while cnstantly grwing.” 故填was amazed。
例2.(2022•新高考II卷) Henry (fix) his car when he heard the screams.
答案:was fixing。
故填was fixing。
(2020•全国III卷) The artist was sure he wuld __________ (chse), but when he presented his masterpiece t the emperr’s chief minister, the ld man laughed.
答案:be chsen。
(2020•全国III卷)When he asked the villagers n the banks f the river where he culd find the legendary (传奇的) artist, they smiled and ________ (pint) dwn the river.
例5.(2023新高考I卷)T eat ne, yu have t decide whether (bite) a small hle in it first, releasing the stream and risking a spill (溢出), r t put the whle dumpling in yur muth, letting the ht sup explde n yur tngue.

There was nce a twn in the heart f America, where all life seemed t enjy peaceful existence with is surrundings,” her fable begins, (brrw) sme familiar wrds frm many age-ld fables.
例8..(2023新高考II卷)Since June 2017, right befre the 36 (arrive) f the tw new pandas, Meng Meng and Jia Qing, I have been helping the panda keepers at the z t feel mre cmfrtable and cnfident speaking English.

例11.(2022新高考II卷)He saved my _________ (sn) life," said Mrs. Brwn.
