【第一课时】
【教学目标】
(一)语言目标:
1.词汇:能听懂、会说、会读、会写新单词theatre, concert, hall, film, play, idea, plan.
2.句型:能用“Shall we …?”、“Let's ...”向他人征求意见,并给予合适的回答.
3.语法:祈使句与一般将来时的运用.
(二)应用目标:
1.能熟练朗读本课对话.
2.能通过电话进行交流.
3.能运用本课句式与同伴交流,询问和征求意见,并给予合适的回答.
【教学重难点】
重点:能听懂、会说、会写新单词theatre, concert, hall, film, play, idea, plan;能用“Shall we …?”、“Let's ...”向他人征求意见,并给予合适的回答.
难点:运用征求意见或表达建议的用语进行交际,并对他人的建议给予正确的回答;theatre的发音,在教学中教师应提示学生发音,引导学生区分正确、错误的发音.
【教学准备】
用于新授单词的图片、单词卡片、课本图片、教学VCD等.(有条件的学校可利用幻灯片、多媒体课件)
【教学过程】
I. 热身/复习(Warm-up/ Revision)
1.Greetings
2.Sing a song: Where are you going?
3.Free talk (通过问答与学生交流周末计划,复习一般将来时.)
T: What day is it today? What's the weather like today? What's the weather like tomorrow?
T: What are you going to do tomorrow?
T: What are you going to do this weekend?
II. 新课呈现(Presentation)
1.New words and new sentences
(1)词汇、句型导入
a.教学词汇:plan, idea, cinema, see a film
T: Tomorrow will be rainy. Can you make a plan for tomorrow? Shall we go to the cinema? (出示图片cinema)
Ss:(教师用肢体语言引导学生回答) It's a good idea.Let's see a film. (出示图片see a film)
b.教学词汇:concert hall, enjoy the music
T:(展示海报,Event: Concert of piano)Look! There is a poster.
T: Shall we go to the concert hall? (出示图片concert hall)
Ss: Great! Let's enjoy the music.(出示图片enjoy the music)
c.教学词汇:theatre, see a play
T:(手机铃声响起,假装接电话)Hello! Is that Tom?
Tom: Yes. This is Tom.
T: Shall we go to the theatre?(出示图片,带读theatre)
Tom:All right! Let's go and see a play.(出示图片,带读 see a play)
(2)词汇、句型操练
a.利用原声带带读B部分.
b.游戏:Bomb!在学生易读会读的单词下“埋”一枚“地雷”,教师先按顺序带读每一个单词,然后不按顺序带读,碰到“埋”有“地雷”的单词,学生不能跟读,否则“地雷”会爆炸.
Teaching Tips:
“Bomb”这一游戏可以集中学生的注意力、提高学生学习的兴趣,同时也重点突破了单词教学的难点.
c.操练句型,教师领读:
Shall we go to the cinema? Well, it's a good idea.Let's see a film. Shall we go to the concert hall? Great! Let's enjoy the music. Shall we go to the theatre? All right. Let's go and see a play.
d.男女生交换问答.
e.Game: Guess, guess, guess. 猜一猜:老师想要去哪? Tomorrow is Saturday. Where shall I go? 还可以请几位学生上台当“小老师”.猜对的学生得到奖励.
2.The dialogue
课文学习:听、说、读相结合,运用任务型教学法循序渐进地引导学生熟悉对话.
(1)第一步:Listen and answer.听音,回答问题:Will they go to the cinema?
(2)第二步:Watch and repeat.观看录像并跟读.
(3)第二步:Answer the questions.回答问题:
a.Where will they go?
b.What are they going to do?
c.Is the play about a FAT CAT?
d.What time will they meet?
e.Where will they meet?
(4)第四步:Read and practise.
齐读和分角色朗读A部分.
(5)第五步:Practise and act.
两人一组练习对话并表演.
III. 趣味操练(Practice)
1.Game: 传盒子
教师准备一个盒子,里面装有写着不同地点或动词短语的小纸条.教师播放音乐,学生开始传递盒子.音乐停止,其他学生根据教师出示的卡片问:“Shall we go to the cinema/ ...?”拿着盒子的学生从盒子里取出一张纸条,如果纸条上的文字和大家问的问题一致则回答:“Great! Let's go to the cinema. / Let's see a film.”如果纸条上的文字和问题不一致,则根据纸条内容回答:“Well, it's a good idea. But shall we go to ...?”
2.Pair work.
情境对话:电话铃响了,你的同学打电话来和你商量明天的活动计划.
3.Let's sing.
将本课主要词汇与句型编进歌曲,使用Mary Had a Little Lamb的曲调进行演唱.
Shall we go to the cinema, cinema, cinema? Shall we go to the cinema? Let's see a film.
Shall we go to the theatre, theatre, theatre? Shall we go to the theatre? Let's see a play.
Shall we go to the concert hall, concert hall, concert hall? Shall we go to the concert hall? Let's enjoy the music.
【作业布置】
1.听一听,读一读:听录音,朗读课文.
2.演一演:表演课文.
3.说一说:用英语给朋友打电话讨论周末计划.
