【点拨】river意为“河;江”，一般指较长的动态水体。lake意为“湖;湖泊”,一般指静态水体，被陆地基本包围。其主要区别在于静/动态水体及是否被陆地基本包围。

【例句】There is a river behind my school.

我学校的后面有一.条河。

There isa big lake in the nature park.

自然公园里有一片宽阔的湖。

2. 字母组合ou在单词中的发音

ou/au/发音要领由/a/滑向/u/，舌位由低到高，口型由大到小，注意将音发足。
