Unit 8 International Children's Day 【第一课时】【教学目标】(一)语言目标:1.词汇:(1)能听懂、会说、认读、会写新词汇party.(2)能听懂、会说、认读短语a class party, have a party, play games, have a rest, go to the theatre, go to the museum, have fun, have no lessons, enjoy ourselves.2.句型:能用“We’ll...”、“We are going to...”、“I will...”表达自己的计划和安排.(二)应用目标:1.能用“We’ll...”、“We are going to...”、“I will...”表达自己的计划和安排.2.能用“What will you do?”、“What are you going to do?”询问他人的计划和安排.3.能运用本课的词汇表达自己的节日计划和安排.4.能听懂、会说A部分对话.【教学重难点】重点:(1)能听懂、会说、认读、会写新词汇party.(2)能听懂、会说、认读短语a class party, have a party, play games, have a rest, go to the theatre, go to the museum have fun, have no lessons, enjoy ourselves.(3)能用“We’ll...”、“We are going to...”、“I will...”表达自己的计划和安排.难点:能用“We’ll...”、“We are going to…”、“I will...”表达自己的计划和安排.【教学准备】用于新授单词的图片、单词卡片、教学图片、教学音频等.【教学过程】I. 热身/复习(Warm-up/Revision)1.GreetingsT: Good morning. /Good afternoon. I’m fine, thank you.T: Are you happy today?Ss: Yes, we are happy.2.Quick responseT: Look and read the words quickly.快速读出下列单词:park, school, theatre, museum, zoo, shopping centre.(学生快速说出地点词汇,既可起到复习已学词汇的作用,又为后面新词汇的学习做铺垫,还可以让课堂气氛更热烈些.)II. 新课呈现(Presentation)1.创设情境课前布置黑板板书,增添节日的气氛.课前谈话,出示课件或日历图片,引出新课情境.T: What day is it today?Ss: It’s...T: What is the date today?S1: It’s...T: Look at the calendar, what is the date?Ss: It’s June first.T: Yes, it’s the International Children’s Day.板书并带读 International Children’s Day.(预测:虽然这个节日名在四年级下册学过,但学生可能对单词international的发音不太流利,建议在此进行分音节式带读.In-ter-na-tional, international.)T: The International Children’s Day is coming. What will you do on that day?S1: I will sing and dance.S2: I will go to the park....2.New phrases出示庆祝儿童节的班级舞会的图片.(1)a class party, have a partyT: Look, we will have a class party on International Children’s Day.板书并带读 have a class party.(2)play games, go to the theatre, go to the museum出示B部分词汇图片,贴在黑板上.T: We will have no lessons. What will you do? 板书have no lessons, “What will you do?”S1: I will go to the theatre.S2: I will go to the museum.S3: I will play games.学生说的时候教师板书这些词组在相应的图片下.(预测:go to the theatre, go to the museum, play games这些词组都是学生曾学过的重点词组,再加之课前复习了一些地点名词,学生应该能够自己说出这些词组,教师只需在课堂上展示图片,给学生以直观形象即可.)(3)have a restT: You can do many things on that day. But I am going to have(4)词汇操练a.利用音频的地道发音带读.b.Let’s PK.小组比赛,以开火车的形式,一人说一个句子:I will...在规定的时间内说句子多的那一组获胜.3.The dialogue(1)Read and answer观看课文A部分视频两遍,回答问题.Q: What day will it be tomorrow?(2)Read and answer细读课文,回答问题.Q1: What will Anne do on International Children’s Day?Q2: What will Lingling do?Q3: What will Mingming do?Q4: What will Miss Li do?此处教授enjoy ourselves.(3)Read together and think Q: In other countries, what do the children do?(4)Read and answer Q: How do the children feel on International Children’s Day?(5)Follow the tape跟音频或动画朗读课文,模仿正确的语音、语调.III. 趣味练习(Practice)1.句子大PK将全班分成两个大组,第一组同学提问第二组“What will do on International Children’s Day?”,第二组派一名代表回答“I will”或“We will...”,然后向第一组提出同样的问题,第一组同学马上回答,如此循环,在一分钟内回答问题多的那一组获胜.2.我们就爱演学生选择课文中任意一幅或几幅图,自由分小组进行表演.【作业布置】1.听录音,朗读课文.2.想想自己将如何度过即将到来的六一儿童节,写下你打算做的事情.
