    Basically, VR, r virtual reality, means “reality that is nt real”.
    When yu wear a VR headset equipped with sensrs and a screen, yu are surrunded by three-D images, sunds and ther sensry infrmatin, which creates a super-realistic effect called “presence”. Thugh yu knw the sensry infrmatin surrunding yu is nt real, part f yur brain believes it is—and acts accrdingly.
    VR is widely used in educatin, medicine, entertainment, shpping and travelling.
    The barriers include time, cst and technical limitatins.
    There are endless pssibilities.

    Virtual reality is smething that lks real but is nt real at all. With the relevant equipment, ne can experience the virtual reality technlgy immediately. This is a technlgy that has been used in the fields f educatin and medicine. Besides, it will have huge impacts n ur daily lives as well, such as entertainment, shpping and travelling. Hwever, there are sme barriers t its develpment, like time, cst and technical limitatins. Despite these challenges, VR still has a bright future.

    2. What ther applicatins f VR d yu knw abut?
    Virtual reality in the curtrm: lawyers usually use phts t try t explain the mechanics f a crime r an accident t a jury. It is challenging t shw the judge and jury what actually happened at a crime scene r at the precise mment f impact during a serius accident. With VR, lawyers are nw able t transprt them directly int the scene f the crime r accident.
    Virtual reality in sprt: athletes use this technlgy t fine-tune certain aspects f their perfrmance and VR is als used in the design f sprting clthes and equipment, such as running shes. Virtual reality has been used t imprve the audience’s experience f a sprting event t, like walking thrugh a stadium, r even taking part in a game r an event.
    Mst peple may get excited with VR, but sme peple may think VR is nt real and get disappinted. There are als sme peple wh dislike it simply due t the pssibly high price they have t pay t experience the VR technlgy.

We can g wherever we want with the help f VR and life seems t be much mre interesting thanks t it. It has brught us unprecedented experience. Fr anther, peple may indulge in virtual reality t much t get back t reality.
    4. What future develpment d yu think VR will have?
    Fully immersive VR is n the cards fr the future develpment f VR technlgy. There wuld be a revlutinary interface and a newer pwerful cmputing platfrm. Prgrammers and develpers wuld create a richly detailed virtual wrld with unlimited pssibilities and scenaris. Then a pwerful cmputer will be able t detect the user’s quick mvements in real time and adjust the VR experience accrdingly. The hardware wuld als be develped t keep up with the sftware, s head-munted displays, sensry glves, high-definitin screens and stere sund systems will all be linked t the cmputer system, thus fully immersing the user int the virtual wrld.
