【教学过程】
I. Warm up
Greetings:
Hello, boys and girls. Good morning.
Review: 1. What letter is this?
2. Ask and answer:
For example: T: Bb
S: book, or boy.
3. sing the ABC song.
II. New Concept
1. Letters
Watch the video, introduce the letters Kk, Ll, Mm, Nn,
Teach them to write the letters,especially “M”.
Teach the sound of each letters.
Kk: kite, key
Ll: lake, look, letter, like
(teach them how to make the /l/ sound, then practice more)
Mm: mouth, many, meet, my
Nn: nose, no, name, nine, nice, number
2. Open and Close
Look at the video, what do Jenny and Danny do?
Teacher does the actions, say the phrases: open/close the door/window.
What do I do?
Introduce the two words: open and close, door and window.
T: Let’s do and say together.
