    I always felt anxius and stressful at senir high schl at first because I was afraid f being left behind. I was wrried abut s many things that I culdn’t sleep well and fcus n my study. Then, I read a bk called “Wh Mved Yur Cheese” which made me realize that making changes can make a difference t life. Instead f just wrrying abut my study, I wuld make a schedule fr my study and finish the t-d list. Rather than being anxius the whle day, I wuld d sme exercises regularly and listen t music t relieve my stress and tiredness after studying, which als helped me feel mre energetic. Nw, I stpped feeling upset abut smething new. Instead, I wuld als always remind myself t smile as ften as pssible and stay psitive abut everything that is ging t happen.
