    1. anxious adj.焦虑的;不安的;渴望的;anxiety n.忧虑;担心;渴望 anxiously  adv.焦虑地;

    搭配:

    2. awkward adj.令人尴尬的(embarrassed),难对付的,笨拙的。

    2.              She felt awkward when she did not know what to say. (尴尬的)

     

    3.annoyed adj.恼怒的;生气的 ,(人感到 very angry,  ; annoying adj.令人生气的, sth 令人生气);annoy vt.使恼怒;使生气

    常见搭配:

    be annoyed with sb.对某人生气;be annoyed about/at sth.为某事生气

    1. She is annoyed with him for forgetting to phone her.他忘记给她打电话让她很生气。

    2. She is annoyed at/ about his question so she refuses to answer.她对他的质问感到恼怒,因此没有回答。

     

    4.frightened  adj. (人)受惊吓的;(人感到)害怕的;frightening adj.令人恐惧的 

          frighten vt.使害怕,使惊吓; fright n.惊吓,恐怖

         常见搭配:

    be frightened of    害怕

    be frightened to  do...  害怕做……

    be frightened to death害怕得要死= frighten sb to death / frighten the life out of sb

    frighten away/off (...吓跑) 

     

    1.The little girl is frightened of dogs.  这个小女孩害怕狗。

    2.She was very frightened to look down from the top floor of the building.她很害怕从那栋建筑物的顶楼往下看。

     

    5. confident adj. 自信的;有把握的;confidence n.信心;自信; confidently adv.自信地

    常见搭配:

    be confident of/about/in ....有信心;

    have confidence in  ....有信心;

    have confidence to do...有做....的信心;

    with confidence=confidently自信地;有信心地;

    1.              He is confident in his ability to achieve success. 他坚信自己有能力取得成功。

    6. curious adj.好奇的,求知欲强的;curiously adv.好奇地,相当于 with curiosity; curiosity n.好奇心;古董,古玩

    常见搭配:

    be curious about sth. 好奇;

    be curious to do sth 想要做某事

    out of curiosity出于好奇

    meet one’s curiosity满足某人的好奇心

    in exchange for  作为对……的交换或替换

    注意: exchange 既可作名词,又可用作动词,用作动词时需要考虑时态和语态,用作名词时需要考虑单复数,不管是用作名词还是动词,常和介词for/with搭配使用

    在银行或宾馆兑换旅行支票非常容易。

    希望工程旨在帮助那些因为贫困而辍学的孩子们。

    这个房间是为孩子们设计作为游乐室的。

    ④An German designer is to make designs for the new bridge.

    impression  n.印象;感想;impressive adj.给人深刻印象的

    常见搭配:

    impress sb with/by sth =impress sth. on sb (使某人对...印象深刻,使某人了解....的重要性)

    leave/make/have a deep impression on sb 相当于leave sb with a deep impression

    (... 给某人留下深刻印象)

    have an....impression of...........印象

    do an impression of…. 模仿

    be impressed by/with sth.....印象深刻

    What impressed sb. Most was that....给某人深刻印象的是...

    1.              Could you do an impression of President Trump? 你能模仿一下特朗普总统吗?

    课文原句:

    区分realizecome true

    come true 不能用于被动语态; realizecome true都可以表示实现realize为及物动词,后跟宾语;而come true为不及物动词短语,后不可跟宾语。come true相当于be realized

    他参加奥运会的梦想最终实现了。

    His dream of taking part in the Olympics come true at last.

    =His dream of taking part in the Olympics was realized at last.

    拓展:come常见短语

    come up with想出;提出                              come up走近;上来;发芽;发生;被提出(太阳、月亮等)升起

    come out出来,出版                                   come across(偶然)遇到或发现;被理解

    come to苏醒;总计;达到;谈到             when it comes to....当涉及/谈到....

    come about发生  (已发生,但不知道,多用于疑问句和否定句)                  come along一道去;进展

    What about......?=How about....? .....怎么样?

    What for?为何理由?

    What’s up?=What is the matter?怎么回事?

    B.find+宾语+宾补  结构

    课文原句:

    I found most of my classmates and teachers friendly and helpful.我发现大多数同学和拉屎都很友好并乐于助人。

    【用法总结】

    (1)能够充当宾语的有名词或代词。宾语补足语主要是对宾语进行补充说明,说明宾语的身份、特征或状态等。

    ①We turned around and found the little girl struggling in the lakecrying for help.

    我们转过身来时发现小女孩在湖中挣扎,大声呼救。

    (2)find复合结构的常见形式有:

    find+宾语+宾补

    ②When he woke uphe found himself lying in the street.

    当他醒来时,他发现自己正躺在大街上。

    ③I found myself surrounded by a group of children full of curiosity.

    我发现自己被一群充满好奇心的孩子围住了。

    (3)当不定式(或从句)find的宾语时,通常用it作形式宾语,将真正的宾语放在宾补之后,即构成“finditadj./n.to do sth/that从句,表示发现/认为做某事……”

    ④We find it important to develop low-carbon economy.

    我们发现发展低碳经济很重要。

     

    [提醒] 形式宾语句型“6123”结构:

    “6”指主句中常用的动词:thinkbelievemakefindconsiderfeel

    “1”指的是形式宾语it

    “2”指的是宾补的两种形式:形容词或名词;

    “3”指的是真正宾语的三种形式:不定式短语,动名词短语或that引导的宾语从句。
