【教学过程】一、导入环节(2分钟)
(一)导入新课,板书课题
导入语:Good morning, class. How are you? Today, we are going to learn:

(二)出示学习目标 过渡语:First ,let’s read the learning goals together.
1.我要掌握单词和短语:college---;be nervous about,go to college---
2.通过学习,我要学会介绍自己的学习和生活情况。
过渡语:I believe everyone can achieve your goal? Can you ? Let’s begin .
二、先学环节(15分钟)
过渡语:First look at the guides carefully and then finish the tasks step by step.

探究三:Language Points
1.It is time for sb.to do sth.到某人做某事的时候了。
It's time for us to play games. 到我们做游戏的时候了。
It's time for sth.到了某事的时候了。It's time to do sth.到了做某事的时候了。
It's time for lunch. 到吃午饭的时间了。 It's time to have a rest. 到休息的时间了。
2.辨析in front of 和in the front of
in front of在……前面 在某范围以外 in the front of在……前部 在某范围以内
There is a big tree in front of our classroom.我们的教室前面有一棵大树。
There is a big desk and a blackboard in the front of our classroom.我们的教室前面有一张大桌子和一块黑板。
3.be nervous about 对……感到紧张
What's she so nervous about? 什么事使她这样紧张?此结构中about是介词,其后接名词、代词或动名词。I'm very nervous about giving a lecture. 我对作演讲感到很紧张。
4.辨析try to do sth和try doing sth. (1)try to do sth.表示“尽力做某事”,强调付出一定的努力要设法完成。I am trying to learn English.I read many books and listen to the tapes.我尽力学习英语。 我读了很多书,又听了磁带。
(2)try doing sth.表示“试着做某事”,具有“尝试;试验”的意味,不一定付出很大努力。
Why not try doing it in a different way?为什么不用一种不同的方法试试呢?
