教 学 过 程 | Step 1 Lead-in (Play the song of “Trouble is a friend”) T: Good morning/afternoon,boys and girls. S:Good morning/afternoon. T:At the beginning of the class, I’ll invite you to enjoy a popular song, you must like it a lot. T:Do you like it? Actually the name of it is “Trouble is a friend”. Do you have any trouble? When you have trouble, what will you do with it? Some of you may feel sad and just keep it to yourself, but I advise you to speak it out when having troubles. Look at the pictures, you can talk to your teachers, your friends, and also your parents. In some schools, students can even talk to a school counselor,that is a teacher who can give you advice when you meet problems. Today we’ll learn a letter from a boy and a reply from a school counselor. Look it through and tell me :what’s the name of the boy and who is the school counselor. S: Sad and Thirteen./Robert Hunt. Step 2 Read for information Fast Reading (within 20s) Read the first letter and answer such questions: What's Sad and Thirteen's problem? How does he feel at home? 2.Careful Reading (Read the first letter again and fill in the chart.)

Read them and try to make your own sentence one by one. 2.Taste the language When they argue, it's like a big, black cloud hanging over our home. Step6:Read for a summary.(选词填空)
