The  Present  Perfect  Tense

Enable Ss to use the correct tense in their writing and speaking.

Students have learned the Present Perfect Tense in unit8 and unit9. They have mastered some usages of it.

Teaching Procedures:

活动一：. Greetings and lead -in.

Show a passage about Yang mi.Let Ss read and find how many kinds of tenses.

Aim: Arouse students’ interest and lead to the Present Perfect Tense.

活动二：  Presentation    

1.  Structure and meanings of the Present Perfect Tense : have/ has + V. p.p.

 2. Some differences: 

    a. have been to / have gone to  

    b. Two kinds of verbs

    C.Two tenses

 Aims:1.Encourage Ss to find the rules and guide them to learn by themselves.

     2.Students can master the usages of the Present Perfect Tense correctly.

活动三：practice：     

 1.make sentences with some verbs

2. do some exercise.
3. Written practice

Aim:From oral practice to written practice, students can master the tense.

活动四：homework

1. Do the workbook.
2. Write down what you have done and haven't done during this week.
