    persuade r cnvince?① The main meaning f persuade is t make smene agree t d smething by giving them gd reasns fr ding it. persuade的主要意思为“说服、劝说”:  I tried t persuade her t see a dctr. 我极力劝她去看医生。 The main meaning f cnvince is t make smene believe that smething is true. cnvince的主要意思为“使确信、信服”:  He cnvinced me he was right. 他使我相信他是正确的。② It is quite cmmn, hwever, fr each f these wrds t be used with bth meanings, especially fr cnvince t be used as a synnym fr persuade. 不过,上述两词两种含义都用的情况相当普遍,尤其是cnvince常作同义词替代persuade:  I persuaded/cnvinced her t see a dctr. 我劝她去看医生。
