Teaching the new lesson

讲授新课（Presentation）

1. Get students to write down the simple structure of passive voice and say the different which they have found.
2. To show two sentences with the passive voice of the simple past tense and explain the rules of usage about “be”.
3. Point out the adverbial of time in the sentences for students to understand.
4. Get students to read the sentences in grammar focus and under line the passive voice.
5. Get students to recite them and say the tense of each sentence.
6. To show three groups of sentences for students to change the voice.
7. Check the answers together.
8. To explain the changes rules of Verb Past Participles and pay more attention to the spelling of each verb.

随堂练习（Exercise）

1. Get students to read the example sentence to catch the task they may hope to do.
2. Give students several minutes to rewrite the sentences using the passive voice.
3. Get students say out their answers one by one,others check the answers and correct some mistakes if they have.
4. Get students to read the words in the box on 4b and try to explain the meanings.
5. To finish the task in groups and ask them to pay more attention to the tense.
6. Ask several groups to show their works on the blackboard and explain the reasons.
7. Get students to read the whole passage in 4c and get the main idea.
8. To give several minutes complete the sentences with correct forms of the verbs in the box.
9. Explain the passage in detail and check the answers together.
