一、教材分析:
本课讲授了Li Ming, Jenny和Danny即将去北京前所做的一系列的准备,主要内容有 ticket,clothes,jacket(s)等与旅游有关的词汇,相关短语和句型,如:from...to..., I need…
二、学情分析:
学习对象为他校五年级学生。经过两年的英语学习,他们的词汇量有了一定的积累,能用简单的英语表达自己的感情和描述客观事物。在英语听、说、读、写方面有了显著提高。因此在设计本课时,把课堂交给学生让他们在大量的练习中逐步接受新知识,联系旧知识,做到举一反三,综合运用。年龄原因,学生对小组竞赛活动有很高的积极性。因此,融知识性与趣味性于一体的活动比较能够激发学生的兴趣。
三、教学目标:
1. 知识技能
1)学生能听说读写 ticket,clothes,jacket。
2)能听说读并理解from...to..., I need…
3)能正确使用句子What clothes do you need? I need ….
2. 学习策略
创设情境使学生通过所学语言对旅行前所需物品进行简单的描述,进而提高实际语言运用能力,促使学生的语言技能的发展。
3. 文化意识情感态度
为学生营造出一种和谐愉悦的学习氛围,促使学生积极主动地学习英语,将所学的知识自然有效的运用于生活实践当中去,并培养学生在生活实践中不管做什么事都要做好准备的好习惯。
4. 教学重、难点
1)学生能听、说、读、写ticket clothes jacket。
2)学生能灵活运用本课的句型。
5. 教学方法:
采用直观法教学,利用多媒体课件加深学生对单词的印象:任务型教学,采用Pair Work, Group Work等形式,满足学生好胜,好表现的欲望。

五、教学过程:
Step 1 Warming up
Greeting (3 minutes)
T: Hello, boys and girls. Nice to meet you!
Ss: Hello, Miss Wang.
T: How are you?
Ss: I’m fine. Thanks. And you?
T: I’m fine, too. Today I divide you into two teams. Team One and Team Two. I will find which team is better, and then your team can get one point.

Look out of the window. How’s the weather today?
Ss: It’s sunny.
设计意图:师生互相问好,拉近师生关系,使学生轻松愉悦地进入英语课堂,教师利用天气导入,既复习了所学知识又为下面的新授做好铺垫
Step 2 New Concepts (25 minutes)
T: Tomorrow is snowy. Is it cold or hot?
Ss: It’s cold. (The volunteer gets one point.)
T: So I need a jacket. This is a jacket. Team One and Team Two, let’s have a PK.I will find which team is faster. Are you ready?
Ss: Yes.
T: What is this? (出示各种夹克、裤子图片的幻灯片)
Ss: This is a sweater.
This is a dress.
This is a shirt.

T: What is this? This is a pair of trousers. (出示鞋、袜子和短裤的幻灯片)

设计意图:通过小组竞赛的形式将学过的关于衣服的词汇进行复习,而小组竞赛又有利于培养学生团结协作的意识,一举两得。

设计意图:让学生通过天气来选择衣服,既复习了衣服、天气,又把两个知识点更好地融合了进去。分组比赛既活跃了课堂气氛,又培养了学生竞赛意识和团队精神。句子的板书,突出了课的重点、难点。

T: Look, this is a train ticket. The train ticket is from Shijiazhuang to Beijing.

设计意图:由ticket引申各种各样的票,扩大了学生们的词汇量。

设计意图:利用新做的票当作奖品,既调动了学生学习的积极性,活跃了课堂气氛又复习了新的内容,一举两得。
