Ask students to look at the title and discuss : Hot Drinks and Cold Drinks2. Introduce the learning content to the studentsRead the article.激活认知活动二: Play the tape. Ask the students to listen to it and read after that.Read the article after the tape. 熟悉文本 活动三: Divide students into groups and ask everyone in the group to investigate other group members about their sleeping habits. After that, ask them to make a conclusion or give some advice.Ask students to take part in a group activity. Every group writes some problems about their living habits on a piece of paper.
