To be able to realise that hard work and efforts can help us reach our dreams.教学方法PowerPoint presentation slides of images of Xu Zhenchao.课前准备 教学媒体PowerPoint presentation slides       教学过程教学环节教师活动设计学生活动设计设计意图活动一:创设情境 生成问题Present a short video about Xu Zhenchao.Ask students to brainstorm who Xu Zhenchao is.3. Read the article and find out some information about Xu Zhenchao.Read the article.激活认知活动二 Play the tape. Ask the students to listen to it and read after that.Find out the main idea of the passage and read carefully to figure the main idea of each paragraph..Read the article after the tape. 熟悉文本 活动三: 1.Divide students into groups and discuss Why Xu Zhenchao won many awards and honors and what we can learn from him.2.Ask students to take part in a group activity and discuss what do you think is the most important quality an idea job requires?Discussion拓宽知识面活动四1. Ask students to read the words, phrases and sentences in class.2. Instruct students to collect other words, phrases and sentences from the passage3. Guess what jobs they do4.
