The main part cnsists f nine curtyards with several gates. Dacheng Hall stands at the centre and is the principal place fr ffering sacrifices t Cnfucius.

    This is where Cnfucius and his descendants are buried. There are mre than 10,000 f them, buried here ver 2,000 years. The cemetery has had many renvatins and extensins in its histry.
