I went from being 5′4″ (5 feet 4 inches) and 130 pounds to 5′6″ and 94 pounds. I wanted to gain weight, so I ate anything I wanted and ended up at 5′8″ and 160 pounds. Then I had another eating disorder and went from 160 to 130 pounds at 5′9″. I started eating a lot again and ended up at 205 pounds. I was really close to obesity and was concerned about my health. I decided to take action. I cut off many carbs. I ceased drinking sugary soft drinks which can make people gain weight quickly. I started eating more vegetables in my diet. My mom weighed 130 pounds two years ago. In order to lose weight, she gave up fast food and ate vegetables instead. She is now around 107 pounds. She succeeds in losing weight through eating more vegetables and less fast food. And that was why I started eating more vegetables. I also learned to eat less. Within 3 to 5 months I lost 55 pounds. I am still losing weight now but at a slower rate than that when I started changing my diet. I'm confident that my weight will drop to a normal level.Do you also want to lose weight? If you do, here is some advice for you. If you like eating sweet sugary things, then I would suggest you eat more fruits but with an empty stomach. If you dislike running like me, then I would recommend walking if you want to exercise. Here are some more tips. Do not eat too much at one time. Eat slowly and wait till your brain tells you that you're full. Look at nutrition facts on food items before you eat them and throw them away if they're unhealthy. Eat more vegetables and fruits. Spend more time on exercise. 篇章导读:本文是一篇夹叙夹议文。文章介绍了自己成功减肥的经历,并提出了一些建议。1.According to Paragraph 1, how many pounds did the writer put on after the second eating disorder?A.About 45 pounds.
