菜谱写作就是向读者介绍一道菜的文化背景、所需要的食材(包括主料和辅料)、制作流程、方法步骤以及菜品的特色和营养价值。具体写作要注意以下几点：

1．菜名及文化元素。介绍菜品制作首先要明确菜名，并大致描述形成菜品的材料。由此可以看出菜品的文化背景，比如是西餐还是中餐；是北方还是南方特色等。

2．介绍菜品制作过程。这是菜谱写作的重点段落，所以要列好纲目，分步骤介绍菜品制作过程和顺序。为了使介绍更有条理，往往要用first，next等表示顺序的词汇。而写作菜品的制作方法，则要用到表示烹饪的相关动词，如cook, braise, boil, fry。介绍食材处理过程则要用cover ... with ...; flavoured with ...; mixed with ... 等。

3．介绍菜品特色及价值。菜品制作过程介绍完毕，就要强调该式菜品独特的风味及特点，要从色、香、味等方面进行描述，对于菜品价值的介绍要与营养和健康相结合，突出菜品的优势。

4．运用修辞，增强文采。适当使用一些高级词汇和复合结构，丰富写作内容，优化表达效果。
