Both of my parents worked full-time when I was a little girl, so my grandmother would stay at our house during the day. We would watch game shows in the living room. Our favorite show was The Price is Right. We would call our answer along with the contestants. Laughter filled the tiny but warm house.

When I got older and started going to school, we couldn’t watch our game shows together regularly. That was okay with me, though, because one thing I liked better than watching game shows with my grandmother was helping her bake cakes. Check facts to avoid mistakes. Sources may also make mistakes and some may even deceive you. It's wise to get in touch with other sources. You should also interview other witnesses who may give more information about the event. Interviewing people and getting a firsthand source on your topic can be valuable.
