Let's check: 在这个板块中,通过展示四组图片,引导学生从图片中推测考点,然后有针对性地进行听力练习,完成听力任务。这个环节的重点是培养学生良好的听力习惯,以持续提高他们的听力水平。
Let's wrap it up: 在这个板块中,通过展示五个俄罗斯套娃的大小暗示语,复习和总结将来时的语法点。通过引导学生自己归纳,培养他们的思维能力。
Story time: 在这个板块中,通过呈现Zoom想要学习游泳的小故事,以趣味性的故事情节吸引学生的兴趣。这个故事的学习不仅复习巩固了本单元的核心句型“What are you going to do? I am going to...”,还通过图片和上下文帮助学生理解新句子:“Learning by doing”。
在设计教学过程时,针对不同的板块,可以采取不同的教学方法。例如,在Let's wrap it up板块中,引导学生自主总结,培养他们的思维能力。而在Story time板块中,可以采用先整体感知故事情节、然后理解重点,最后再次欣赏的方法,从而巩固语言知识并发展学生的语言能力。

Objective: By the end of the lesson, students will be able to use the future tense "be going to" to discuss their plans, and they will learn about the phrase "Learning by doing." They will also practice listening and comprehension skills through a story.
Step 1: Warm-up
- Greeting and Weather: T: Good morning, everybody. Ss: Morning, teacher. T: How are you today? Ss: I’m fine, thanks. T: What’s the weather like today? Ss: It’s sunny/windy… T: Are you ready for English class? Ss: Yes. We’re ready.
- Review Vocabulary:
- Display flashcards of vocabulary words and phrases from this unit. (Engage students in recognizing and pronouncing the key vocabulary.)
Step 2: Lead-in
- Engaging Song:
- T: Great, boys and girls. Let’s enjoy a song “What are you going to do?” (Play the song and encourage students to sing along.)
Step 3: Presentation
- Understanding the Song:
- T: Let's break down the song title "What are you going to do?" Can you identify its parts?

- T: Now, in groups, replace each part of the song title with other words.
