【教学目标】
1.知识与技能:
1) Using yes/no questions to elicit a positive or negative response.
e.g. Does Alice like playing badminton? Yes, she does.
2) Understanding some new words and phrases: play football/ table tennis/ volleyball/ badminton/ basketball
2.过程与方法:Using adjectives to describe how things feel. Eg. It’s very sharp.
3.情感、态度和价值观:To encourage students to act out the dialogue.

To use the words and phrases correctly.

Using yes/no questions to elicit a positive or negative response.
e.g. Does … like …(doing) ? Yes, … does. / No, … doesn’t.

Multimedia, PPT, etc.
【教学过程】
一、导入新课:
Have the students look on the book, and then answer my questions.
1.Ask and answer.
T: Do you like playing …?
2.Talk: What’s your favourite sport?
二、自主学习
Take out some pictures of sports and let them talk about it.
Eg: I like playing table tennis.
三、新知传授
1.To teach: poster
(1)Show a poster and teach it.
(2)Introduce the poster to the class.
2.To teach: club
(1)T: There are some new clubs in our school.
To teach: club
(2)Show some posters of the different clubs.
(3)Ask and answer:
T: Do you like playing…?
S1: Yes, I do. It’s my favourite sport.
T: Me too. Let’s join the …club, then.
S1: Great.
3.To teach: Does… like …?
(1)T: Do you like playing badminton, S1’s name?
S1: Yes, I do.
T: (to the class) Does S1’s name like playing badminton?
S: Yes, she does.
(2)A guessing game
4.Teach the dialogue:
(1)Have the Ss listen to the tape for ‘Look and say’.
(2)Practise the dialogue with the students.
四、示范制作
1.Have the Ss do Workbook Part C
2.Have the students do a survey in groups and fill in the table.

五、课堂实践
S1 (say to S2) I like playing table tennis.
S3: Does (S1’s name) like playing basketball?
S2: No, she doesn’t.
(1)Listen and follow
(2)Answer the questions.
e.g. Does Peter like playing badminton?
(3)Role-play the dialogue in pairs.
Then divide the students into groups to play the game.
