Once upon a time there lived a raccoon. One day the Raccoon was very hungry, so he wanted to go to the river to catch some crayfish to eat. Luckily, he saw a crayfish swimming alone under a rock in the river. Then the Raccoon had an idea. He walked into the water and slowly moved close to the rock. As soon as the Raccoon touched the Crayfish, it pinched(夹) him. The Raccoon shook his paw and climbed out of the water.

Most people know how to keep their body healthy, but not many people think about how to keep their brain(大脑) healthy. Brain health is very important. It can help to make your brain work better and to stay away from some brain problems, such as strokes.
Our reporter Judy is speaking to Dr Fida Contez, Professor of Psychiatry about brain health.
Dr Cortez: We must eat healthily. One of the best ways for the brain to get energy(能量) is from wholegrain foods, like bread and rice. They can keep the brain working hard for longer.

Dr Cortez: Sleep is so important. It is difficult for your brain to work well if you haven’t had enough sleep; too much sleep is also bad. It can make you feel tired.
Judy: We know exercise is good for our bodies. Is it good for our brain?
Dr Cortez: Yes, exercise is another good way to look after the brain. It makes the blood(血) move to the brain more easily and quickly.
