本课时为SectinB部分第二课时，以family pht为话题的阅读课。
二、学生信息
授课班级七年级1班，本单元已经学习了家庭成员的单词以及介绍他人的句型。
三、教学目标
一）语言能力目标：
1.进一步学习英语中的名字，区分男名和女名
2.学生能够正确读写有关家庭照片的词汇family pht，the first pht，the next picture，the name f…，here is…
3.学生能够运用一定的阅读技巧理解篇章结构。
4.学生能够根据家庭照片，运用相关词汇介绍家庭成员。
5.学生能够通过观察图片推断预测文本信息，能够通过跳读的方式在阅读文本中找到关键信息.
二）思维品质目标：
1.学生能够理解家的含义，爱自己的家。
三）学习能力目标：
1.学生能够学会合作学习
四、教学重难点：重点培养学生的阅读能力—提取并阐述家庭成员信息
五、教学思路
本课时主要是以family pht为话题的篇章阅读课，首先以play a game的补全句子的方式复习导入，比如father' father is…，以此复习家庭成员的单词，然后进入2a的教学，列出本单元所学人名，让学生进一步区分男名和女名。读前活动主要是预测。根据图片和标题预测文本的主要内容，读中活动主要是skimming包括找文章主题句判断文章主要内容，2.划分篇章结构，然后进入3.careful reading，划出文中的名字，区分男女，把家庭成员和名字配对，然后补全Jenny的family tree.根据图片介绍辨认珍妮的家人。读后活动主要是2c，完成句子，介绍自己的family pht.最后以一个family的短片结尾，让学生更加深层次理解家的含义，引发思考。

Task5：把文章分成几个部分
目的：让学生理解篇章结构

Task7：把名字和家庭成员配对，完成2c
目的：让学生细读文章，理清楚Jenny的家庭成员，进一步理解篇章内容
Task8：完成Jenny的family tree
目的：提取关键信息，复习之前所学的家庭关系图。
Task9：根据图片介绍珍妮的家人
目的：复习介绍他人的句型，让学生辨认家庭成员，根据家庭照片介绍他人。
Task10：draw a family pht，介绍你的家庭成员。
目的：运用所学做事情，为写作课打基础。
