Sleep apps n fitness trackers, smartphnes and watches have changed all that. In a new study researchers tracked sleep quality fr 120,000 peple fr up t tw years.
The results shwed sleep duratins (持续时间) and patterns are highly variable between peple. Despite that, the study fund peple with BMIs f 30 r abve — which is cnsidered bese by the US Centers fr Disease Cntrl and Preventin－had slightly shrter sleep duratins and mre variable sleep patterns.
