Discussin:
Talk abut the differences between Chinese, English and American schl days. Shw sme pictures t the students.
e. g. We have classes at seven ’clck.
They have classes at nine ’clck. They dn’t have classes at abut three ’clck in the afternn.
Schls in Britain:
Mst schls have a five-day week.
There is a break f 15 r 20 minutes in the mrning and smetimes als in the afternn.
Many students take a packed lunch (午餐盒)frm hme, and thers have schl meals fr which parents must pay.
Schls in the USA:
Students must study a science, but they can chse whether (是否) t take chemistry, physics r bilgy. Many students g t schl in a schl bus. But many students learn t drive at 16. They g t schl in their wn car.

3. Grammar: The present simple
行为动词的一般现在时
1.用法:
(1) 表示经常性或习惯性的动作,常与表示频度的时间状语连用,如: always, usually, ften, smetimes , every day/week/year等。

2. 行为动词的一般现在时的句式结构
行为动词的一般现在时分为主语是非第三人称单数和第三人称单数两种。本模块我们学习主语是非第三人称单数的一般现在时形式。
①肯定句结构:主语+动词原形+其他.

他们住得离学校很远。
②否定句结构:主语+ dn’t+动词原形+其他.
They dn’t live far away frm schl.
他们住得离学校不远。
③一般疑问句结构:D+主语+动词原形+其他?

【注意】d除了作助动词之外,还可用作行为动词,意为“做”。

时间介词at , in , n的用法:
①at常用在具体的某一时间点前。
She usually gets up at 5: 00 in the mrning. 她通常早上5点起床。
at还可以用在at night (在晚上),at weekends (在周末),at nn (在中午) 等固定短语中。
②n常用来表示“在某天或星期几”。另外,表示“在某天的上午、下午或晚上”时,介词也用n。
