I have been dancing since I was 14 years ld, when my best friend dragged me t an after-schl dance class. I enjyed that dance class s much that I have been dancing ever since. After every dance class, hwever, I always have t stretch ut my legs and back, as dancing can be quite a tugh wrkut! It feels like as much exercise as ging t the gym—but dancing is nt widely cnsidered t be a sprt.
Many dancers wuld argue that dancing is a sprt, as it requires great physical stamina (耐力), strng muscles and impressive flexibility. N matter what style f dance yu are participating in, yu will always be using all f yur muscles while dancing and this can ften be fr several hurs a day.
