    Brn n May 27, 1907 in Springdale, Pennsylvania, Rachel Carsn became an explrer as well as reader, and tk an interest in writing stries. By age 10, she had published her first stry in St. Nichlas.     A recent reprt fund Agbgblshie cntained sme f the mst dangerus chemicals. This is nt surprising: smart phnes cntain chemicals like mercury, lead and even arsenic. They present themselves as empathy machines, but they are missing the essential equipment. They have nt been brn, they dn’t knw pain, r death, r fear. Rbt thinking may be thinking, but rbt feeling is never feeling, and rbt lve is never lve.
    What is als trubling is that children take rbts’ behavir t indicate feelings. When the rbts interact with them, children take this as evidence that the rbts like them, and when rbts dn’t wrk when needed, children als take it persnally. Their relatinships with the rbts affect their self-esteem (自尊). In ne study, an 8-year-ld by cncluded that the rbt stpped talking t him because the rbt liked his brthers better.
