    Suggested Answers:Picture 1 is steamed fish head cvered with chillies. As the name suggests, it cntains fish head, which issteamed with chillies.Picture 2 is hand-trn cabbage, which is a typical vegetable dish in Hunan cuisine. It tastes crisp, fresh, and a little bit sur and spicy. It is fried ver high heat with dried chilli peppers, garlic, and green nin.Picture 3 is dry pt duck with glden buns, which is a ppular dish in Sichuan cuisine.Picture 4 is bridge tfu, which is a perfect cmbinatin f tfu, egg, and minced meat. Tfu is a smth fd with a cheese-like texture and it has a high nutritinal value.
