1 The main advantage is the ability t spt the persn wh is in truble and get there quickly. The main disadvantage is that the paramtr cannt land and pick the persn up.2 It culd make mney thrugh a cntract with the gvernment.While it des nt seem right t charge the victims mney, in fact ambulance services, dctrs, purses, and hspitals charge victims mney all the time. If peple are charged mney, it shuld be based n the time and expense required t rescue them, but that amunt is hard t determine. As the victim wuld be billed after the rescue, if the victim cannt pay it will be just like any ther bill the victim might have.3 One kind f rescue invlves dgs that can sniff ut peple trapped in buildings after an earthquake.
