My phne rang after I barded a plane. It was my PhD adviser calling t tell me there were identified flaws in the paper I had just published in Nature. The experience helped me grw as a scientist. I knw it is better t be pen and accuntable, even if it means admitting mistakes. I can't expect myself t knw everything as a scientist and my wrk will be strnger if I seek ut diverse expertise and pinins.
