But prteins did nt increase in peple wh were already depressed and anxius, leading researchers t suspect that repeated negative thinking might be the main reasn why depressin and anxiety lead t Alzheimer’s disease.
“This is the first study shwing a bilgical relatinship between repeated negative thinking and Alzheimer’s disease, and gives physicians a mre precise way t assess risk and ffer treatment,” said neurlgist Dr. Richard Isaacsn. “This study will change the way I care fr my patients at risk.”
