    It is strange hw a single mment can change a persn’s life. My adult sn walked t the table this mrning fr breakfast and as he did he pened his arms t me. I pened my arms t and gave him a big hug (拥抱). And when I did, a beautiful memry (回忆) came back t me.
    My mm had grwn up in a reserved (保守的) family. She hugged me smetimes but less ften as I grew int my teenage years. My dad didn’t hug me much either. By the time I was a teenager then, I hadn’t been used t hugging.

    I will be frever thankful because that mnk shwed me hw much lve a single hug can share. What use are arms if we dn’t use them t hug each ther?
