    M: One day, I was ding my hmewrk and my dad was watching TV. Then an item came n the lcal news abut the park. They said n the news that the park was ld, but the cuncil culdn’t affrd t replace it.
    W: S yu wanted t find the mney.
    M: Yes. My dad tld me his schl did a spnsred walk fr charity when he was a kid. He said it was ne f the best ways f raising mney, s I tk Dad’s idea and changed it slightly cming up with the idea f a fun run in fancy dress. Sn, many f my friends jined me.

    M: Well, there were tw main ways. Yu culd get yur friends and family t spnsr yu, either per kilmeter r fr yur cstume. My grandma spnsred me, £5 per kilmeter. I ran 5 kilmeters and gt £25. My grandpa als spnsred me. He said, “If yu dress up like a “Spider-man” and run rund, I’ll give yu £30.”

    Gd evening, everyne. Tday is Sunday, May 7. I’m yur ld friend Henry Brwn. Nw let’s learn abut a whale trapped in an illegal fishing net yesterday. The whale was sptted by a ship. A diver n the ship dived int the sea t help. He discvered the whale cmpletely trapped in the red fishnet s she culd nt even pen her muth. After initial attempts t cut the net frm a bat failed, sme divers frm tw diving centres jined the effrt. Fr the first ten secnds the whale gt a bit nervus, but then she knew the divers were there t help her and she just relaxed. The rescuers started wrking frm the frnt f her muth backwards. They kept cutting and cutting. Finally, the whale struggled a while and then set herself free. But she didn’t leave immediately. She stayed fr a bit t regain her strength in the cmpany f the divers. Then befre she left, she even gave what lked like a little thank-yu sign. That’s all fr tnight’s prgram. Thank yu fr yur listening.
