Over the next 4 days she painstakingly pursued perfectin in an art she had never practiced up t that pint in her life. Eventually, the chairs lked brand new.

A key part f starting t exercise is chsing when t wrk ut. Mrning, afternn, r evening: Which time is best? Scientists have studied this dilemma extensively.
Fr beginners, mrning wrkuts are ften the mst frightening. Trading a czy, nurturing bed fr an unpleasant, unfrgiving fitness center can be a rude awakening t say the least. But mrning wrkuts have their advantages. Challenging the bdy triggers the release f endrphins(内啡肽), which can make yu mre prductive and attentive at wrk. Mrever, fr thse wh struggle t fall asleep at night, habitual mrning exercise may help t reset their circadian rhythms, the internal, bilgical prcesses that regulate the 24-hur sleep-wake cycle.
But early exercisers may nt be able t achieve peak perfrmance. Stiffer muscles, fewer stred energy reserves frm vernight fasting, and a slightly cler bdy temperature in the mrning add up t disturb exercise utput. Therefre, mre enthusiastic exercisers might prefer wrking ut in the afternn. A small, 12-week study fcusing n pre-diabetic and diabetic men fund that afternn training prduced slightly mre beneficial metablic(新陈代谢的)effects and resulted in a little mre fat lss cmpared t mrning training.
Finally, sme flks may decide t wrk ut later in the evening. Studies centered arund this time f day tend t fcus n whether r nt nightly exercise negatively impacts sleep quality. Gathered research suggests it des nt and, instead, actually imprves sleep. Hwever. Intense exercise perfrmed within an hur f ne's bedtime abslutely will make it mre difficult t fall asleep. Fr this reasn, mst exercise experts recmmend at least 90 minutes f dwntime between the cnclusin f an exercise sessin and attempting t fall asleep.
Whether mrning, afternn, r evening, it is recmmended if exercise timing remains smewhat cnsistent, research has fund. Fr example, a cmpetitive marathn runner will exhibit the best perfrmance when his/her exercise training sessins ccur at the same time-f-day as the marathn. Still, it is perfectly fine t mix up yur wrkut times t fit with yur schedule. The average persn need nt wrry ver when t wrk ut just because f sme slight bdily differences based n time-f-day.
32. Which f the fllwing can benefit a man with sleeping disrder?
A. Sleeping immediately after wrkuts.
B. Reducing the exercise time by at least 90 minutes.
C. Regular wrkuts between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m.
D. Exercise between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m.
33. Which f the fllwing is right fr diabetic men?
A. It is hard t lse weight in the mrning.
B. Exercise may be mre efficient in the afternn.
C. Diabetic men are easy t lse mre fat.
D. Mrning exercise prduces harmful metablic effects.
34. What can be inferred frm the last paragraph?
A. It's gd t exercise at the same time every day.
B. A marathn runner will perfrm best in the training.
C. The average persn varies slightly in bdy.
D. It is fine t exercise ahead f schedule.
35. Which ne is the mst suitable title?
