Henrietta Swan Leavitt was brn n July 4, 1868, in Massachusetts. Little is knwn abut her private life. As a cllege student, she studied a number f subjects and fell in lve with astrnmy(天文学).
Leavitt never married and was cnsidered a serius wman with little time t waste n unimprtant aspects f life.
