The grain fds are at the 1st level f the fd pyramid. It means we shuld eat lts f whle grains every day. Because it has the best surce f energy.
The 2nd level is the vegetables and fruit grup. Vegetables and fruit are rich in vitamins(维他命). Eat mre different kinds f vegetables and fruit every day!
The 3rd level is the meat and dairy grup. Meat and dairy are rich in prtein. We use prtein t build ur bdies.
