本课教学内容选自《英语 拓展模块》第三单元“Ding Our Part fr the Envirnment”文化理解(Culture Understanding)和语言应用板块(Language Practice)。文化理解部分是一篇关于环境污染的语篇,主要目的是丰富学生对环境保护主题的理解,为学有余力的学生提供学习资源。语言应用板块由语法练习与词汇练习两部分组成,语法练习帮助学生复习代词和比较级的基本概念和用法;综合训练学生准确掌握及灵活运用代词和比较级的能力,同时认识到个人行为对环境的重要影响,牢固树立环保意识。
学情分析
语法知识是学生使用英语进行交际的工具,代词和比较级的使用方法和语用功能在学生日常生活和职场交流中发挥着巨大的作用。学生在基础模块学习过代词和比较级的用法,对其语法功能有了解,在选择恰当的词语补全语篇时可进行迁移作用,但学生对于不定代词、关系代词、同级比较等语用功能还无法准确理解,因而教师在课堂上通过短句、对话、长语篇的练习方式,由易及难,不断强化练习,巩固语法知识,增强学生自信心。
