本课教学内容选自《英语 拓展模块》第六单元“Carrying Frward Craftsmanship”听说板块(Listening and Speaking)。本板块以职业活动为主题,设计了四个短对话和两个长对话听力活动以及两个口头交际活动。听力活动旨在训练学生获取对话中的关于职业活动的主要信息的能力,理解对话所体现的职业精神,为学生了解职业活动中的团队精神、敬业精神提供了内容载体。口头交际活动旨在让学生在完成听力部分学习后,运用所学语言知识、技能、文化信息等进行口头输出,实现由输入到输出的良性循环。
学情分析
学生对于职场相关词汇和句型已有一定的储备,如take classes、d a gd jb、apply fr、psitin等词汇以及“What was the psitin yu applied fr?”“Is there anything wrng?”等句型。但学生对于对话所讨论的职业活动缺乏必要的基础语言知识,对概括人物的职业态度和职业精神缺乏表达和总结的技能。学生对于介绍和讨论职场团队工作和大国工匠的话题,还需提升逻辑思维能力以及连贯的语言表达能力。因此教师在课堂上可通过情境分析的方式预测可能出现的问题和答语,再通过逆向思维针对答语的关键信息设置问题,最后学生结合职业场景修改完善对话内容并和同伴表演对话,体验职场,提升职场语言沟通能力。

Suggest answer: Nan Rendng, Yu Min, Qian Xuesen, Yuan Lngping, Tu Yuyu and Zhng Nanshan etc.

Read the questins and answer.
通过视频呈现大国工匠,让学生认识和了解大国工匠,同时明确大国工匠是团队的领头人,一个伟大项目的完工也是团队合作的结果,并为后面学习做铺垫。
Step 2: Listening
Activity 1: Listen and match
Ask students t scan activities t underline the key wrds, and predict the cntent f the dialgue. Then play the listening materials.
Activity 2: Listen and chse
Ask students t scan the questins and ptins and draw the key wrds such as hw (hw, wh, what), adj. (happy, upset, tired)nuns (friend, bss, client) and sme wrds abut career such as d a gd jb, apply fr a new jb, keep ne’s spirits up, slve the prblem etc. Students actively predict the dialgue cntent, develp their ability t predict the listening cntent based n key infrmatin knwn.
Activity 3: Listen and cmplete
Ask students t scan the infrmatin f persnal prfile and fill in the blanks. Guide the students t draw the key infrmatin in the table. Then play the recrding.
Finish the listening activities “Listen and match, Listen and chse and Listen and cmplete” in the textbk.
本环节主要是听力练习活动,主题为职场和天文学家南仁东事迹介绍等内容。通过学习培养了学生树立职业理想和职业精神的意识,增强学生团队合作精神和敬业精神以及敬业、友善的社会主义核心价值观。

通过补全对话让学生对文本有进一步的了解。学习文本的重点词句,夯实长难句,为后面的口语输出做铺垫。
Step 4: Speaking
Activity 5: Act and practice
Teachers create dialgue situatins thrugh pictures, and briefly intrduce the dialgue backgrund. One is talking abut teamwrk, and the ther is intrducing rle mdel Hu Shuangquan.
Students chse the situatin and d grup ral practice and demnstratin.
Students in small grups further read cntextual infrmatin, familiarize themselves with the language situatin, and prepare fr dialgue and cmmunicatin.

本环节主要是口语练习活动,为学生呈现了港珠澳大桥建设者的精神,激发学生不畏艰难、勇往直前的职业精神。访谈对话中的访谈功能句为学生开展访谈活动提供了职场语言沟通的知识储备。通过小组合作和同伴对话提升语言学习策略,并在讨论职场活动和大国工匠的过程中厚植职业情怀,培养团结互助、集思广益的工作态度和精益求精的工匠精神。
